He had a job to do. [break][break]

As a beast, Bryan was responsible for keeping people in line. Those who crossed over the line and switched sides? Well, lets just say there werent many who feasibly were able to do that peacefully. [break][break]

Someone who slipped through the cracks was Cian. On top of that he even leaked sensitive rocket information to the league. There was no way he didn't, how else could the league have prepared for rocket's forces? It had to be him, so when he had learned Cian had become the gym leader of rustboro, bryan decided now was the time to strike. [break][break]

In the dead of night, Bryan stood on top of a roof ready to descend upon the Rustboro gym. He was sure if he started to make enough of a ruckus there Cian would show up. And so he leapt, descending upon the gym until he landed in the middle of the battle court yard, destroying a section of it as he stood amongst the rubble "CIAN. SHOW YOURSELF YOU RAT." he growls furiously, his face hidden by his mask. "You think you can just leave whenever you want? You knew once you were in, that was it! Show your face or I'll tear this fucking gym down MYSELF."

of all the ways he expected team rocket to strike back, this definitely ranks near the bottom of the list. the sheer audacity and gall to announce their attack in this manner is unbelievable.[break][break]

His neck turns and snaps towards the voice's direction. "Fucking rat. THERE you are." he growls as he calls him wolf boy and then his name. [break][break]

"Think you're so clever and cool? Ruining our plans in littleroot?" he says "And what? Just to get into some floozy's pants?" he said grinning under the mask. He pulls out a pokeball and tosses a little innocent shaymin onto the field "Seed flare, kill him."

The shaymin suddenly growls as it begins to suck in air from the environment and then launches a seed that explodes in Cian's direction.

To save little root? "If you wanted to save little root you should have let us take it over!" he spouts back at the man as the SEED FLARE collides with the PSYBEAM. [break][break]

He sucks on his teeth, annoying little brat. "I think you should just die so you don't cause us anymore problems!" he growls as he sends out a greninja to support shaymin. "Smoke screen. Shaymin, sweet scent" he says as shaymin leaps onto greninja's head, creating a sickly sweet scent that mixes in with greninja's smokescreen covering Bryan. [break][break]

Their vision is obscured when suddenly the sound of someone jumping into the air can be heard as Bryan roared right before attacking. Bringing both of his hands down onto the floor near Cian in an attempt to crush him. However his shouting would make it so Cian could easily move out of the way or counter attack.

cian's not sure he sees the logic in that but then again he doesn't see much right now because of the growing SMOKESCREEN. he doesn't even see the attack coming but thankfully, his kecleon does.[break][break]

kecleon's tongue wraps around cian only to fling him out of the way, managing to DETECT the incoming attack on time. the ground cracks where kecleon stands, forced to take the impact from bryan's attack.[break][break]

another kecleon pops up then, tongue flicking out in an attempt to BIND the beast.[break][break]

cian lands a bit away.[break][break]

The Kecleon's managed to bind Bryan in time to restrain him. He grunts in frustration as Cian tells him it doesn't have to be this way. [break][break]

The statement made him see only more red. "What did you THINK opening your mouth would do? YOU chose this." he says as suddenly he lunges backwards in an attempt to pull the kecleon into the smokescreen with him. While Bryan was binded for now at least, his pokemon were still free to fight. "Even now you aren't fighting back you fucking pussy! You know you're guilty!" As greninja appears from within the smokescreen, chasing down Cian again. This time it makes several handsigns like a weeb and creates DOUBLE TEAM CLONES that descend upon CIAN and his KECLEON

the one kecleon gets pulled into the SMOKESCREEN, disappearing into the thick of it to fend for itself.[break][break]

the other kecleon stays close to cian, making sure to summon ANCIENT POWER to lift chunks of earth to act as barriers around them. they block some of the cloned greninja from reaching.[break][break]

"yeah you're fucking right i'm guilty! i chose to do this the same way you can choose to just step away right now!"

Within the smokescreen several grunts can be heard within it before one of the Kecleon's flies out of the smoke towards the ancient power. [break][break]

The smoke clears, there are cuts on Bryan's body that hinted at his injuries with that kecleon inside the smoke screen. His bleeding eventually stops "Thats right. You made a choice, you knew the consequences and now you're trying to skip out." [break][break]

he says as the wounds revealed through the ripped clothing he wore began to seal themselves rapdily. "Sorry bud. But if I made a deal with Walsh to be his battery. You got to face the music for what you did. Your death is imminent."[break][break]

Greninja collides with the ancient power barrier. The clones it created disappeared before revealing the real greninja who leapt off the barrier and charged up a water shuriken to fire in a few seconds.

there's no killing someone who regenerates that quickly. not that cian was planning on ever doing that, but still, that's one option completely off the table.[break][break]

like a trained bodyguard, kecleon leaps in front of cian to take all of the WATER SHURIKENS. its body CHANGES COLOR after, adapting to the attack accordingly.[break][break]

"then i guess i'll just have to keep you here long enough!"[break][break]

the same kecleon that was attacked fires a PSYBEAM back at the greninja.

The color change comes to the rescue, changing Kecleon to a more advantageous typing to hold back the attack. [break][break]

Bryan's Greninja is slammed by the psybeam attack as it had lost it's dark typing thanks to the WATER TYPE PROTEAN EFFECT. Cian quickly turning the tables on Bryan as he was right. Despite having all the time in the world, time in this situation, was not on his side as sirens began to blare thanks to bryan's loud entrance. [break][break]

"Shaymin!" he shouts as the little hedgehog began to suck up all the smokescreen with it's natural abilities and he tossed the hedgehog into the fray. "Seed flare again!" he orders as the smokescreen sucked up from moments ago made the attack more potent as it had more pollutants to discharge at the enemies. [break][break]

He hated to admit it..but he was going to need to withdraw soon or else.

EXPLOSIONS from the SEED FLARE blast across the gym, empowered by the SMOKESCREEN as they detonate one after the other.[break][break]

"shit—pull back!"[break][break]

his kecleons slip into the SHADOWS, SNEAKING back towards cian. one of them falls to the combined damage of all of the attacks, fainting right in front of him.[break][break]

he recalls that one, tense as he looks back up.[break][break]

"kecleon! we can't let him leave!"[break][break]

the remaining kecleon leaps forward and sends its tongue out, looking to BIND bryan.

The bind wraps around him, the kecleon's disgusting cat like tongue gripping onto his clothing like gorilla glue irritates him. [break][break]

"You and I both know I'll snap this kecleon's tongue off if you dont release me." He growls at Cian as he warns the man. [break][break]

The sirens got closer and closer and Bryan's time was running short. "Well. Seems like our time is cut short Cian. I'll see you again soon bud, hope you can defend against me attacking. Maybe I'll give miss PENELOPE LIVY a visit too. She did certainly like talking to Xerneas it seems." [break][break]

A tree begins to erupt from the ground, yet it's scale is smaller than normal, as if awaiting Cian's answer. "Or you can let me go and I'll give you more time till the next attack. What'll it be I've heard miss penelope isn't a very good fighter."
